Important: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time and bring your own towel, and swim wear.

Important points before booking:

• We thankfully ask that guests dress modestly while using the sauna in order to keep everyone comfortable.

• Guests will have access to a changing area, relaxation area and cold showers onsite.

• Drinking water will be provided however we recommend our guests bring their own drinking bottles to sufficiently rehydrate during the sauna session.
