Hi my name is Asa. The beautiful Giffre Valley has been my home for over 20 years, however I originally come from Stockholm, Sweden. As a Swede based in the mountains, I sensed that the Giffre valley lacked an important element. Whenever I return to Sweden, I always ensure I reserve time for a sauna experience. Sauna has been an integral part of my upbringing, whether it's at home or at our country house by the sea. Back then, 5 PM was always designated as sauna time!

For me, the sauna is a sanctuary to de-stress, unwind, and connect with others. It's a ritual often followed by a refreshing cold shower or a dip in the sea or a nearby lake.
